These have a left chest and left thigh pocket, pass through side pockets, belted back, gunmetal buttons. They appear to be the largest size made. Fits my 46 chest nicely, a bit tight across the back of the shoulders, roomy everywhere else. Ample length for my 6' height. These are unissued.
