Very well made, looks spot on comparing with wartime pictures of issue kit. Excellent delivery service on this item, especially considering it came from an overseas warehouse. The other item I ordered at the same time, which was to ship from a U.S. Warehouse, has still not been delivered despite the fact that it was ordered over 2 weeks ago.

Fully satisfactory - four panel construction, however the buttonholes are extremely tight. With use they loosen up. The leather is of surprisingly good quality, as often the WPG products use substandard leather, the most jarring examples being Pattern 1914 belts and the Service Dress cap chinstraps. The button type is perhaps not suitable for WWI (large brown plastic) but perfectly satisfactory for other use. Wool lining of high quality. Would recommend ordering based on true size, as the manufacturing run my item is from appears to be sized based on chest size with jacket etc already taken into account for total size: no need to upsize to fit a jacket underneath.
