the uniform is very well made, but the shirt is bigger than the asked one of neck.

the customer service was excellent. when the jacket I wanted was not in stock, they made suggestions for another size or gave me the option to wait. the package arrived within 7 days of delivery notice. all the items were the correct size and style, no mix ups (save for the larger size coat). the products are very well costructed and look great.
