Bought with the matching enlisted men's shirt to create a USN working khakis outfit. Well made trousers, heavy cotton, button fly with strong pockets and waistband. Washed before I had then altered. Nice long legs so if you are tall or short (like me) problem. I bought a size up from my regular size and they were perfect.
