I recently bought this wool uniform set, and first off was thrilled to see how fast everything arrived! As a tall, skinny guy (6'1", 135lbs) I was skeptical of the sizing, however once everything arrived, it was a perfect fit! No tailoring required! I thought for sure I'd need to let the pantlegs and sleeves out to fit my long legs and arms, but that was not necessary. The standard inseam of these trousers, while cut different, was a bit more than enough to fit my size 36 inseam American Eagle jean legs. The sizing was a major plus for me. They fit just like my original set of wools. The only downside in my eyes is the weight of the wool used, particularly on the shirt. The shirt feels quite thin, and rather soft compared to my original example. The gas flap feels very cheap and thin. This all may, however, be to the improvement of wool manufacturing techniques made in the last 80 years and the fact that this wool is brand new. It may also be due to chinsy wool. What it is, I do not know for sure, but I do know it's quite a bit thinner and softer than my original. I am not going to let this bother me though, as this is an outstanding product for the price it's being sold at. I can definitely see myself getting my money's worth out of these wools. And I get to preserve my original set of wools as my very first event is coming up in 2 weeks. WPG, if you want something to improve upon, I'd work at acquiring some more accurate wool. However, I will definitely buy another set once my current set is worn out.
