Better than advertised! Not an Indy collector. I just wanted a classic satchel for a tablet and self-defense items. The satchel looks brand new! Has all the original markings and fittings, looks too good for how old it is yet, no replica looks this exact...not complaining! I surmise it may be from a huge batch re-issued British MOD sent over during the Gulf wars. Very Pleased and the leather strap is great. I just rolled and twisted it a bit to make it supple and a little touch-up on the buckle with ScotchBrite to antique it slightly. I will be doing more business with them for other things than Indy stuff.

Very satisfied with the product and most impressed with the service. My Mk VII bag was in great condition and a slight musty storage odor, but in wonderful shape for 80 yrs old. My only issue was one of the ring straps came apart after installing the leather strap. The rest of the bag was very sound, so I fashioned a new one out of the discarded webbing strap & handsewed it on. More of an inconvenience than a flaw, I see it as luck of the draw on a 80 yr old piece.
