The boots arrived this morning. I was a bity underwhelmed by the M1940 mounted service boots I bought a year or so ago, so I was absolutely thrilled with these! Cut and quality are excellent, at the price. Unlike the M1940s, they have toecaps which will go into a stirrup iron, and they are made of real leather. With a bit of spit and polish, they will be in every respect the real thing. I would recommend them to anyone as riding boots. Absolutely 5 star products.
