I wear this shirt as a docent at an air museum in toasty Pueblo, CO, and find the weight is perfect for hot days, and is comfortable even worn without a t-shirt underneath. It is big in the chest, and long in the sleeves, but since I wear this as an everyday duty uniform (sleeves rolled up, open collar) v. as dressy/SD style. Our weather has just gotten to the point where I can wear it under my A-2, and with my pinks (WPG-*****) and khaki crusher, I love the authenticity when I look in the mirror!
Also...WPG routine super-fast delivery (4-5 days).

I only received one of the two shirts I ordered. That's an ordeal alone. I have three issue with the shirt.

1. The shoulder seam is far too low compared to every original I own. It is cut like a modern dress shirt. Makes patches look weird when applied.

2. The epaulets are much to long compared to originals. With that modern seam it looks like a safari shirt.

3. If you have a large neck and fit body, you will need to order up a size and have the body tailored. Very snug neck.

Bought this to go with the worsted wool trousers. Looks sharp! Fit across the chest is fine but I would've appreciated more room in the neck. I can widen the button hole and hope the cotton doesn't shrink in air-dry. The curse of being an American male over 50, I suppose. 5'8", 210 lbs, 42 chest and a 44 belly, with a 37 waist. :)
