This is my first order with this company. The order was processed, shipped, and and arrived as quoted. Good communication. I did not like the sweater. The fit required 1 size larger which I got. The problem was the shawl colllar. It seamed to have a pseudo hood. Too bulky in the back. I returned it waiting on confirmation of receipt of return and refund. I would by from this company again
