I already had one of these which was a tad too big, this one fits perfectly. Belt was rather too long but soon had it shortened to length.

Ordered a 42L jacket to fit 40L suit jacket fit. Length and arms fitted really well and the chest bagginess is fine. Waist probably needs taking in slightly and this also has the result of the belt being overly long plus the fastening tabs on the belt will need to be moved to re-centre the buckle. Buckle is, as a number have commented, not great as it doesn’t grip very well. Still, the jacket can be worn with a web belt and still look great.
