Study construction and material. Sleeves on my size 42 are just a tad tight in the arm pit area but otherwise ok in length if you cold water wash and line dry. I think a dryer might cause unwanted shrinkage given the arm pit area sizing.
The 4 rating is simply because of the atrocious belt buckle slide as others have stated. The belt itself is also far too long and the attachment points can't be used (for my waist) when cinching the belt up to a proper fit. Will definitely have to rework it to be useable.
Suggest one size up when ordering if planning to wear with anything other than a tee shirt or polo shirt.
