I purchased this bag a year ago and ever since I have been using it daily. I work in construction and travel quite a bit daily, and I require a substantial amount of every day gear to be with me at hand.This bag has outperformed more expensive bags I own. Biggest reason for that is the fact that it was purposely designed and built, way back when, by people that lived and worked in field of action and they knew what works. One main thing for me is how shoulder strap is attached at the back of the bag, not at the ends, which allows bag to be open while is being carried. At the same time it is shaped in the way the prevents items carried inside of the bag from spilling out when bad is placed on any surface, like ground, floor, desk, or even chair. I would only recommend replacing current shoulder strap material for something bit thicker as the strap has tendency to cut into shoulders due to strap being constructed out of very thin material. But that could be also my problem due to having 1L water bottle and 1 L Stanley thermos in it at all times.
