My repro M1938 recently arrived and it immediately began falling apart. After reinforcing the shoulders with my own thread and bending 3 needles because of the tough, cardboard-like canvas, the neck and sides of the coat began to fall apart, the neck more so. The quality of the glue is horrible making the coat fall apart under the least strenuous conditions, and there is little to no stitching/reinforcement of critical areas anywhere

I am really happy with my purchase, great jacket and service.

Being about 6'2" tall with a 45" chest, I ordered the Large/Long and it fits perfectly.

To get your size I would recommend measuring a jacket that fits you. Lay it flat and then measure it across the chest from armpit to armpit, then check the size list in the description tab. I did this and everything worked out perfectly.
