From order to delivery took about a week. I’d measured but it was still a bit tight in the arms. I’d thought about getting a size larger but decided that I’d wait. Been losing weight over the past five years for health but also because I wanted to look decent when reenacting as an 8th AF P-51 Mustang Pilot . It’s been a few weeks since and I’ve lost a few more pounds, should be on track to lose enough by spring where the jacket will look perfect. For now, I’m stretching out the leather, wearing it every day, even when it’s hot out. I’ve already gotten quite a few compliments and since my previous A2 was a modern one, and about two sizes larger- so I look much better. The jacket looks the part. Quality made, no inside pocket or “side warmers” which I’m very happy about. When I wear it with my class B it should look damn near perfect. I highly recommend this jacket for anyone starting out with reenacting like myself, or for the person who wants the look without spending a fortune. The Goatskin is soft and supple, but it will need some stretching to get out the wrinkles in the collar, warm water will do the trick btw. The cut is slim, which I’m not yet lol, but it zips up and I don’t look like a sausage. All in all, I honestly love this jacket and think it’s a great product. It looks great with slacks or jeans, even with a T-shirt . It’s lightweight enough to wear in the fall or spring and I’ll bet it will be fine in the Northeastern winters we have in NY.

For the price, you can't beat this A-2 jacket. I'm not a stitch by stitch, accuracy nut, I just wanted to own what is clearly an iconic piece of men's wear. This jacket checks all the boxes. I typically wear a size 38"-40" (US Medium) in most jackets, and the Medium here fits great. The leather is a great quality, nice dark goat, and is surprisingly light. This is a lovely fall, in between seasons jacket. Oh, and did I mention it's the iconic WWII-style A-2? I would love an interior pocket to keep my wallet in, but apparently that's not period-correct so that's okay. In conclusion, great jacket, shipped Fast to the USA, and very happy overall. I can't wait to wear it on some adventures, or at least day-to-day errands . Highly recommended.
