An excellent purchase from a company very gracious with answering questions and helping with the fit. The M1908 denim trousers are extremely well built. They should last me quite some time. They fit nicely though keep in mind they are from a different time period. The waist band will be at your belly button and the legs are very much wider than their modern counterpart. For me, this is great as they stay in place and I don't have to keep pulling them up like modern trousers and the wide legs make working/hiking/clambering up on things much easier.

Sizing is always a big question. Read the review that said they were large for size but I ordered my usual 34's (I measure 32 at navel). They are kind of big but I washed and dried them and some shrinkage occurred. The label suggests line dry btw. They are still roomy but I think that's the style. They're not hip hugging Levi's they're more like old man/dad jeans, lol, I know bc I am one! There is a 2" gap between the top two buttons on the fly that opens up when sitting so I may have to add a button and button hole to address that. Not sure if that's the design or a sewing issue. Other than that they seem to be a great pair of jeans!
