I first saw these caps when I worked in Northern Vietnam. A few of the very old Vietnamese had them tucked away and brought them out after a few drinks and fond memories of the better times under the French. As far as I can remember, the WPG version is the same. I wear a 59, but ordered two caps, 60 (5 1/2) and 61 (5 5/8) to allow for shrinkage and wearing with the flaps tucked inside. I still work in the jungles of the former French Indochina and these caps will be an asset.
