When I wore this type of stockings in the police in the 70s ours has separate blue tops. The difficulty was folding the blue tops & the stockings neatly down. These, with fixed blue tops are much easier & remind me of the khaki stockings with fixed green tops that I wore as a game ranger in Natal, RSA.
