Ordered 34's, cold wash and low dry and shrinkage was minimal but I did have to move the top button 1/2 inch to account for it. Other reviews mentioned the zipper was not good but on my pair it is more than fine. Legs definitely need hemming about 4 inches. Everything else is good. Just a bit of cross review, I also ordered the enlisted version on sale but in 36 since the 34s were out. They are huge even after hot wash and hot dry. Go figure.

I do not use my pair for re-enacting, I use them for day-to-day dress. Cut is exceptional. ~16" rise (44), very nice full cut. Could be a little fuller for my taste but that's subjective.
I had a pair of Hart Schaffner Marx MTM trousers made for me and these EASILY beat them ten fold. For context that's an ~80 dollar pair of trousers beating a 300 dollar pair of trousers by a significant margin. Fabric is sturdy and feels tough yet breathes enough to be worn in low-mid 90s with moderate-high humidity.

Bottom line, these are exceptional trousers at an exceptional price. I will be purchasing more from this company in the future.

Excellent product, very well made. I do first-person interpretation, and I'll be happy wearing my WPG Army summer khakis in the invasion of Saipan (at the American Heritage Museum). Be sure to order 1 or 2 sizes larger than your modern clothing; my my modern 32 waist needs 36 in these trousers.
