Bought the XL 52 of this coats lots of extra room for me to wear a 5 button sweater over my wool shirt then the coat. Another great item from these guys. Love my coat.

I really like the shape of the early 20th century shawl collar mackinaws, the vintage civilian original I have is great, but a bit too tight. Along comes WPG and makes one as if they had read my thoughts! - This coat is well built, the fabric is smoother and with less of a "nap" as you'd expect with mackinaw fabric, but the quality feels ok. The cut is rather "boxy" in the shoulders, but long enough to cover the thighs which makes it great for riding in cold weater. The sizing generous. I wear a 44 in winter coats to allow for layering, this one in 44 almost feels rather larger -I'll have it taken in at the side seams a bit. Perhaps it would help customers if a sizing chart was provided.
