Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.

How to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):

We have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system which allow customers to request returns of either the whole of an order or a portion of an order. Customers are advised to return the Merchandise ONLY once they have RMA code with instructions from WPG. Write the RMA number conspicuously on the outside of the package to ensure proper routing upon receipt.

How to Obtain RMA Code?

1) You need to login to your account here.

2) Go to "Orders" section and click on "Review previous Orders". You will get all your recent and past orders. Click at an Order ID for which you want get RMA code. Order copy will be opened and you can see your order content. If you are applying RMA for one particular item, click RMA link right above that item or in case if there are more than one item or whole order, click RMA link on top of Order number. A message window will be opened in both cases, all you need is to select if you are applying for Refund, Exchange Product or Other and explain the reason in Comments/ Special instruction box. Finally hit the "continue" button and a RMA request will be generated and copy will be sent to you.

3) Once RMA is updated by the Administrator, you will get an automatic copy.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

WPG will bear shipping charges in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or completely wrong items.  For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What will happen after RETURN?

Once returns are received any of our collection points, we will send you tracking message about receipt of your return.

- EXCHANGE  If return is for an exchange, you will get notification once exchange has been dispatched followed by ship tracking message.

- REFUNDS  If you have asked for refund, you will get notification that refund has been applied. For paypal, refunds happens in 2- 3 working days while for Credit Card payment, our Bank may require 7- 14 working days before refund actually appear in your card. We will send you a verification inquiry in 2 weeks whether you have received the refund otherwise to follow up with our bank.
