Chinstrap overall is very nice. One of the snaps was damaged and not working. Replaced it myself. Easier than returning if you have the materials. Other wise, a little more quality control at point of manufacture is desired.

Very similar to a "moldy oldie" I bought at the surplus store decades ago. Some Lexol leather conditioner will limber it up.

The leather was a little dry and stiff at first but that goes with any leather that is stored, with a little leather conditioner it softened up it is easy to install
