A: Transit times varies depending on origination of shipping and destination.

Q: Which countries you don't ship?

A: Please check the list of countries which are not allowed to order from our website due to local and international restrictions.

Q: Which couriers do you use?

A: We ship by USPS/ EMS which is our Standard Shipping. For express deliveries we use DHL and FedEx.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: It varies on the weight of the product and shipping method. You can check shipping charges by adding products in shopping cart and then click "Shipping" menu.

Q: Can I use delivery address to P.O.BOX and APO/ FPO?

A: Yes you can but in this case we can only ship using EMS/ USPS provided they accept the delivery. Therefore we suggest to check with us after placing an order if delivery is still possible.

Q: Who is responsible for Customs, Duties, and Taxes?

A: Responsibility depends on your location and when your order was dispatched:

• US Customers (Dispatched on or after May 4, 2026): We have simplified the process for you. For these orders, we collect a fixed estimation for customs duties at checkout. This covers all import duties and eliminates courier handling or clearing fees (a saving of at least US$ 15 per package). If the actual duties are higher than our estimate, we cover the difference; you will never be asked for additional payment after your order is placed.

• International Customers & Pre-Policy US Orders: For all shipments to non-US destinations, and for all US orders dispatched prior to May 4, 2026, the recipient remains responsible for all customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are imposed by your local government once the shipment reaches its destination. Because we have no control over these specific charges and they vary significantly by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information.
