Availability of Goods

Delivery/ Shipping Method

Orders are dispatched as appropriate to the size, value & contents of the order and in accordance with the regulations of the U.A.E & destination country's postal regulations. We do not dispatch orders daily; please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. WPG guarantees delivery of your order to the shipping address you specify. We do not guarantee that your order will not be stolen after it is delivered. Be sure to specify a secure delivery address OR specify that you want Signature Required delivery.

Delivery/ Shipping Charges

All orders are subject to a delivery, packing, and handling charge. When ordering online, delivery charges are automatically calculated via our shopping basket system based on total weight, location, and dispatch method. We reserve the right to surcharge any orders of extreme weight that fall outside our pre-computed weight tables.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• US Shipments (Effective May 4, 2026): For orders dispatched to the United States on or after this date, we operate an Advance Customs model. A fixed estimation for customs duties is collected at the time of purchase. This payment covers all import duties and eliminates courier handling or clearing fees. WPG assumes the risk for these shipments; if actual duties exceed our estimation, we will cover the difference at no additional cost to the buyer.

• International & Pre-Policy Shipments: For all shipments to non-US destinations, as well as all shipments to the United States dispatched prior to May 4, 2026, the delivery costs do not include customs/import duties, taxes, or clearing fees. For these orders, it remains the buyer’s sole responsibility to cover all such costs and fees.

• Billing Errors: For US shipments dispatched on or after May 4, 2026, if you are incorrectly billed by a courier (e.g., FedEx) for handling or clearing fees, please contact us immediately so we may resolve the error directly with the carrier.

Currency

We charge in US Dollars only. On our website you can use currency conversion tool which only gives estimates in your local/ desired currency but final payment would be in US Dollars always.

Payment

We accept payment by the following : Visa, MasterCard & PayPal in US Dollars ONLY. We also accept Telegraphic Transfer. On our website we have currency conversion tool but this only gives estimates and your card/ paypal account would be charged in US Dollars always.

Refunds/ Exchange

We offer a money back guarantee on all of the goods supplied provided that, should you have any reason to dispute the description of an purchased item - a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number should be obtained by logging into your account to the corresponding Order within 14 days of merchandise receipt. You should receive a reply in 24- 72 hours with Authorization. THIS IS REQUIRED! The same applies for the Exchanges of merchandize. We regret that return postage costs are not refundable. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Refunds Time

If you paid with paypal, refunds will happen in 7 working days while for MIGS Credit Card payment, our Bank may require 7- 14 or more working days before refund actually appear in your card.

Cancellation Polciy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please check the Refund Time above.

Electronic Disclaimer

Due to the complexities of the electronic world regarding our web site, WPG International reserve the right to refuse a sale if there has been an electronic failure in the pricing of any specific item.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
