The product images on WPG’s website don’t do their creation’s justice. I’ve been collecting field uniforms for decades, and this WPG DPM windproof smock is not only a highly respectable reproduction, but the manufacturer has truly captured the spirit of the iconic original. I took a risk based on their website’s photos, and what I received is far superior. I absolutely love it. I bought an XL, put it through a 90 C cotton wash, and have a beautiful smock that fits me perfectly. I’m 6 foot 4, and usually wear Large / Long in US sizing, or 194/110. Can comfortably wear a commando jumper underneath, or just over a shirt in warmer months. The price is exceptionally good for this high quality, authentic look piece from WPG. Well done Team!

Very very close replica of an original I was given in the 1990s. The fabric is very windproof and durable and the workmanship looks flawless. The value for money is great as was the fast and slick shipping. I’m 5’ 10” tall with a 44” chest, 90kg. The XL fits with room to spare after a wash. Thank you WPG.

Ordered a Large and sleeves were to my knuckles but after wash and hot dry they are perfect fit. Currently wearing it over a flannel shirt, WPG Commando sweater and WPG Brit P37 BD top with no issues. Fabric is very nice and who doesn't like DPM!

This is REALLY a windproof. As long as you have some type of liner under it it is warm and comfy in heavy winds. Another excellent item from Jerry.
Don't have to wear my originals anymore.

Received this item within a week from ordering. Size is just right. Colour and material perfectly matches my mint original 60 pattern trousers too. Matches my old original (too small for mw to wear) smock too. Happy bunny.

When I was an army cadet in the early 80s a saw an old sweat wearing one of these smocks and wanted one ever since. When I found I could get this one I was a bit dubious, but since I'm very unlikely to ever find one for sale, let alone in my size I thought I'd give it a chance, and I'm really happy that I did. It's extremely comfortable. The construction is fantastic, it's a sturdy windproof cotton that feels stronger than the issue windproof smock, Once washed the colours are very close to the old pale DPM. One thing that you can't see in the photos is that there are fastens on the wrists, just as there should be. I've been wearing mine for country walks and have been stopped by a few people asking about it. I'll also be wearing it to cold war re-enactment events.

Really high quality,and accurate smock.I used to have an original,and this is spot on.Have two dpm now,and the og one. Hoping to see the 1960 pattern smock but in dpm,would defo be up for those as well if made.

Superior quality, materials and price for a new manufacture smock. Fit is spot on and allows room for a sweater or jacket liner to be used if wanted. Camo pattern is excellent. Very pleased with customer service. Ordered the one in Green as well.

Knocked it out of the park on this one. Accurate, well made, great fit for North American sizes. Ordered one size up to account for any shrinkage. Very happy with this new made smock is such an excellent camo pattern.

Great item DPM pattern and material look spot on.Asked about sizing and ordered the recommended size which fits great.Only suggestion would be to see if it would work better on the eye if the patternbled through onto the reverse .The white inner on the hood appears too white for a cam item?
