The water bottle was in good condition with some light corrosion around the neck that should clean up. Also had some light dents that won't be an issue for what I intend to use it for. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

Very nice condition. Not unissued, but dang near almost (or it could be storage wear). Slight amount of light corrosion on neck threads/cap threads (no biggie, as it came off right away with a scrub pad); there are no stampings or markings anywhere. The cap is the chain type, which almost certainly means this is an early British P44 canteen...I guess it could be early Danish but I don't think so; my vote goes towards first pattern British as the few Danish canteens I've seen were marked. No matter what, I'm very happy with this hard to find canteen. Fast shipping (as always).
