Once I got it wet enough to stretch, it fit very well. The color was dead-on, and when fitted, permitted the liner to fit with ease.

I think i got a piece of the end of the netting, as the pattern changes a bit. Haven't tried to put it on yet but it looks good otherwise

overall it was nice really thick high quality strings but when u stretch it to put on the helmet u can see spots were the die didn't reach leaving the string white

1942 holster

The holster is amazing, I own a 1917 made (G&K) leftside holster and compared to this, the 1942 is right on the tee!(Only for the rightside) very good quality, it even has waxed and burnished edges.

Been looking around for a khaki colored helmat net, so was very happy to see it here. It sure was a tight fit, but after soaking the net in water, it made at very nice fit and makes my helmet look very nice now. Swift delivery, and great service provided by Jerry!

Would like it about half an inch bigger, really takes a stretching to get on the helmet, but once on, looks great. I know this is probably exactly the original size, but hey, the GI's probably had the same problem :)

It works, but takes some real effort. After I got mine to fit, all the little knots tightened up allowing some undyed string to show, now I have a quasi striped helmet.
