Ordered a swagger stick to use a drill with my engineer unit. It arrived broken. I called the customer service and all they asked is that I send a picture of the broken stick and they sent a new one free of charge. Very happy with the stick, it is excellent for briefings and helps my soldiers identify me at a distance
