Great quality reproduction, heavy material, but I wear a size 44 in dinner jacket it’s fits perfectly HBT size 44 was a bit bigger the sleeves mostly I could open my hand extend my fingers and the sleeves covered all but the finger tips returned for a refund. I will still be doing business with WPG great store.

This is the second HBT jacket I have bought from WPG. I think there must have been some changes from the first one I got back in 2022 bc back then a sz 38 fit over a tee shirt but the wool shirt made it a rather tight fit. This time I got a sz 40 based on another review regarding the new run. It's pretty dang big! Sleeves are definitely larger and I think I can fit it over my sz 42 Parsons jacket with plenty of room! Not complaining bc I can always make it smaller but you can't make 'em bigger very easily. Material and construction are top notch!

Very pleased with my HBT jacket. I normally wear a 44L or 46L jacket, and got the 46L. Like the originals the jacket is oversized to allow a woolen uniform underneath. When worn with just a t-shirt underneath, the shoulder seams will hang slightly below the shoulder. There are plenty of period photos showing that the HBT jackets were worn this way back in the day. The construction of the jacket is up to WPG's usual high quality, and the starbursts on the buttons is nice and crisp.

It's a shame there are no plans to reissue these, they are amazing! Just received mine and was lucky enough that the 38 that was left fits perfect over a shirt for me. Plan is to use for Indochina so it doesn't have to fit over a wool uniform otherwise I would never have known how really well made these are!

Great item-
Just to give an idea of sizing, I wear a 40L dress jacket, 16x35 dress shirt. I ordered a 38L HBT top, it looks and fits great and still has room for a wool shirt underneath.

Very good quality construction, although fit was not as large-cut as the original...don't use this over your Wool Shirts. Color was a little light and I hope it holds through the wash. Worst part was the [relatively] slow delivery from Dubai compared to previous orders from the 'States.

I have Chest size 44" ordered jacket to match my Frame size in all about 4-6" to large

Have Boiled jacket it is indestructable brilliant product quality will certanly re-order smaller size next time best guess would be 40"instead of 44" but will ask fellow members best size before ordering
